Create a silver ring by hand in a private one-on-one jewelry-making experience on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi.

Spend the day learning silversmithing in an intimate artist studio with personalized guidance tailored entirely to you. This immersive workshop offers a chance to slow down, work with your hands, and create a meaningful piece of jewelry that carries the memory of your time in Hawaiʻi.

Using traditional silversmithing tools and techniques, I’ll guide you step by step as you design and create your own sterling silver ring from scratch. You’ll choose from a selection of stones and locally collected seashells to make your piece uniquely your own.

Because this is a private one-on-one workshop, the experience moves at your own pace and allows for deeper guidance, creative exploration, and individual attention throughout the day.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a finished handmade ring and a one-of-a-kind memory from Hawaiʻi.

No prior experience is needed. Beginners are welcome.

How to purchase: Send me a message with your preferred date and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule. Once we confirm a date, you can return here to purchase your workshop.

Location: Workshops take place in my home studio in Kalapana Seaview Estates on the the Puna District of the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, about 45 minutes from Hilo. Additional details and the studio address will be sent via email a few days before the class. Please provide an accurate email address and phone number at checkout.

Please note: This is a full-day, intensive workshop that runs for approximately 5 hours. Be prepared to spend the day here, and wear comfortable clothing. We’ll take a break halfway through the day, where I’ll provide iced tea and a snack platter. Please bring water and any additional food or drinks you may need to stay nourished throughout the day.

Cancelation policy

Please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class: Full refund

Cancellations made less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the class: 50% refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class or no-shows: No refund

Rescheduling: You can reschedule if you give 48 hours’ notice or more.
